Thomas Gneist - Hotelmanager

It is my tendency to improve the existing standards constantly as well as increase the quality and atmosphere for our guests and customers. In the role as your host, the support and the satisfaction of all guests, as well as recognizing their desires, is a substantial component to common success.

Rezeption

The front desk team, with the Front Office Manager Mrs. Claudia Einkemmer. The heart of the hotel, competent, friendly and 24 hours on duty!

Cuisine

A part of the team with our new chief Mr. Alois Petek (picture right side).

Our guests value and love the high quality treat of our cuisine and have become regular guests at the Astoria because of the top products.

Restaurant

Mr. Gerhard Schmutz (picture left side) and his team will be the important part in the Astoria to provide the best service for our guests.

Regardless whether it is a matter of a favorite wine or the favorite table in the restaurant, Mr. Schmutz will make sure that you feel at home.

Relax & Spa Refugium

Mr. Markus Scheyer (picture left side) and his team will be the garant that you enjoy the stay with us! Classic massages or special treatments, they team performed these services to the fullest satisfaction of our guests.

Housekeeping

Most of the time, the team from the housekeeping made their work behind the scences. Under the professional coordiantion of Mrs. Petra Lapschies (picture left side) they are the good "ghosts" of the hotel!
